Melody advises you to buy tickets from the authorized sales channel.

Follow all the procedures on authorized platforms or official partners of the event accredited for sale and that you will find on this page.

Tickets obtained in another way (either through a different ticket channel or bypassing, in any way, the procedure defined in the personal link, which gives access to the Ticket Shop) will be cancelled. Do not purchase your ticket through the secondary market. It may not be a legitimate ticket.

Secondary market

There are people who try to sell (often fake) tickets on the Internet, at a much higher price. Please note that in accordance with Melody’s General Terms and Conditions or Purchase, reselling your ticket is not permitted except through the official exchange office. Each ticket is personal, and each bracelet has a unique barcode or RFID and will be scanned at the festival entrance. The IDs will be checked by entering the festival website. The name on the ticket or wristbands must match the name on your ID.

It is forbidden by law to resell a ticket with profit (law 30 July 2013 - fines up to 60,000 euros). These measures are taken to prevent visitors from being faced with excessive ticket prices or denied access due to fake tickets.

Tickets that have been illegally resold will be cancelled, making them invalid and access to the festival will be denied. Melody strongly advises against buying tickets through the secondary market as the validity of these tickets cannot be guaranteed and access to the festival may be denied.
